As a Manager, People Operations, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization and contribute to the success and happiness of our employees.In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to ensure a seamless and supportive employee experience. You will partner closely with the People Business Partner and Legal teams to resolve employee issues and enforce policies. You will work hand-in-hand with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and support recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will liaise with the Finance team to help manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your role will also involve working with department managers and team leaders to address employee questions and drive engagement initiatives. By building strong relationships with these teams, you will play a crucial role in creating a cohesive and thriving workplace environment.What You'll Do:Oversee People e-mail boxes and assist employees with People inquiries regarding process, policy and procedureSupport the termination process including payroll and benefits coordination, employee record updates, and unemployment claimsFacilitate domestic and international relocation-related mobility programs by managing all required documentation and coordination with third-party mobility vendorsManage employee data in AB's HRIS system. Conduct routine data audits to ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-dateRetain confidential employee documentation including sensitive employee agreements such as employment offers and compensation lettersProvide assistance for employment verification services for all U.S. employeesManage AB's tuition assistance program, including processing employee requests, verifying eligibility, and ensuring compliance with AB's policies and proceduresAssist with invoice processing for People Operations vendorsSupport AB's leave management program, including responding to employee inquiries and coordinating with third-party leave administration vendorsCoordinate with the Payroll team on special front-end activities, such as final paycheck notifications, vacation payout calculation, and repayment of employee bonuses in accordance with company policiesParticipate in special People projects and initiatives as neededWhat We're Looking For:7+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources Operations, Accounting or AdministrationAttention to detail, accuracy and proven organizational skills are critical to success in this roleExperience in Microsoft Excel, maintaining spreadsheets, utilizing formulas, and analyzing dataAbility to handle highly sensitive and confidential employee matters with discretionAbility to work collaboratively and cultivate strong partnerships with internal clients / colleaguesExperience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)Self-starter, can work both independently and be highly collaborativePune, India
