The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of water purification technologies, industrial applications, and the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong technical background and proven business acumen to drive market expansion, build client relationships, and increase revenue.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Ultra Pure Water market across industries such as semiconductor, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and microelectronics.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, OEMs, distributors, and end-users.Lead sales strategy formulation and execution to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.Collaborate with R&D and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements and market demands.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients to maximize profitability.Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.Marketing:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Ultra Pure Water products and services.Position the company as a market leader through thought leadership, technical seminars, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.Create marketing collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and product datasheets tailored for various customer segments.Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support customer engagement.Monitor marketing performance metrics and ROI, adjusting strategies as necessary.Manage branding and communications for the Ultra Pure Water segment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.Minimum 15-20 years of experience in marketing and business development within the water treatment or Ultra Pure Water industry.Strong technical knowledge of Ultra Pure Water systems, technologies (e.g., RO, EDI, UV, filtration), and industry standards.Proven track record of driving sales growth and business expansion in industrial water treatment markets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product development, and operations teams.Willingness to travel as needed.Key Competencies:Market and customer focusStrategic planning and executionSales and negotiation skillsTechnical expertise in water purificationLeadership and team collaborationAnalytical and problem-solving skillsReporting To:Head – Special Initiatives/ Head – S&M
