About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our global production environment.This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent collaboration and communication abilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product rollouts and maintain industry-standard operational practices.Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Management: Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our multi-site production environment.Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve complex issues affecting system performance and stability.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product engineering teams to ensure Operations standards are observed and determine resource impacts for upcoming product deployments.On-call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation and be willing to jump on escalated issues as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will need:Technical Expertise: Demonstrable skills and experience managing, troubleshooting, and tuning Linux systems.
