System Operations ExpertWe are seeking an experienced System Operations Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing critical production systems, self-hosted GitLab platforms, and Linux administration.This is a remote position that requires exceptional communication skills, collaboration with technical teams, and proficiency with various tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Alertmanager.Key Responsibilities:Manage critical production systems and ensure high availability and disaster recovery architectures.Administer self-hosted enterprise GitLab platforms and ensure smooth operation of SCM components.Develop and implement automation scripts using Ansible and Terraform (IaC) for efficient infrastructure management.Design and implement HA and DR architectures for critical systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.Requirements:6+ years of experience in SRE or Senior Systems Engineering roles.Strong knowledge of Linux administration, particularly RHEL.Experience with NGINX/HAProxy, DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.Proficiency with LDAP, SAML, and OIDC identity systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
