Job Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) team, responsible for shaping and executing digital adoption strategies for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight for solution design and delivery, ensuring seamless integration into clients' digital ecosystems.Lead a team of Instructional Designers and DAP Content Developers to drive innovation and excellence in digital adoption solutionsMentor and develop junior consultants to enhance their skills and confidence in consulting and technical best practicesFoster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the teamOversee workload prioritization and performance to ensure client deliverables meet the highest standardsClient Strategy & Partnership:Advise enterprise clients on their DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approach, guiding them towards successful digital adoptionFacilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignmentTranslate client business needs into actionable DAP strategies and scalable adoption frameworksBuild strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teams, driving mutual successSolution Design & Delivery Oversight:Provide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applications, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approachesEnsure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystemsReview and guide solution design, partnering with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomesThought Leadership & Evangelism:Share expertise on digital adoption best practices with clients, staying current on emerging trends and innovationsMentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills and technical best practicesDevelop a team of DAP Consultants, building a strong foundation for future growth and success
