The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing our sales efforts, specifically focusing on strategy, team development, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to EdTech, aligning with market trends and company objectives.Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through effective lead generation, conversion, and strategic client relationship management.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting goals, providing feedback, and developing skill enhancement programs.Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and improve positioning strategies.Client Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing personalized solutions and fostering trust in our products and services.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to create tailored solutions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are met, implementing corrective actions when necessary.Key Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in sales, with a proven track record in the EdTech industry, preferably focused on online education or digital learning platforms.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Sales Acumen: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including B2B and B2C sales strategies within EdTech.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on goal setting and performance optimization.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics, and EdTech platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with CRM software and data analytics.Strong network within the education or healthcare sectors is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and incentive structure.Opportunity to work with a leading name in EdTech.Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.Health benefits, wellness programs, and professional development.
