Job OpportunityAt our organization, we strive to unlock the potential of individuals and technology.The Global Lead for Microsoft Partner will oversee our partner program's orchestration and management in relation to our strategic alliance with Microsoft.Serve as a global lead for the administration of Microsoft Partner Center, which encompasses access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking & referral submissions, claim submissions, Azure revenue tracking, issue resolution, and market-facing integration.The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, marketplace go-to-market strategies, and other Microsoft partner programs.Additionally, the Global Lead will coordinate Microsoft Advanced Specialization processes, monitor and interpret program changes, publish internal updates and playbooks, brief leadership, and maintain internal guidance for teams.Required qualifications include a thorough understanding of how Microsoft's partner programs are executed, experience working for a global system integrator (GSI) with exposure to complex partner programs, and a proven ability to contribute to teams operationalizing complex partner program requirements.
