Export Documentation SpecialistThis role entails preparing, verifying and managing export-related documents for ocean and air shipments. Key responsibilities include crafting and verifying shipping documents, as well as ensuring they comply with customs regulations and carrier requirements.Document Preparation & Compliance:Prepare and verify export documents such as Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading (BL), Airway Bills (AWB), Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, etc.Verify that documents adhere to customs regulations, carrier guidelines and customer specifications.Shipment Coordination:Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, airlines and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.Share draft and final BL/AWB with customers for approval and release.Requirements & Skills:Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, HS codes and international freight operations.Familiarity with document preparation software and shipping line documentation portals.Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).Key Qualifications:Export documentation expertise.Organizational and time management abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
