This role is ideal for professionals who excel in client engagement, portfolio management, and cross-selling while maintaining the highest compliance standards. Key Responsibilities ✔️ Manage and expand HNI/UHNI relationships to achieve AUM, IPH, and revenue targets ✔️ Deliver end-to-end wealth advisory across MF, LI, GI, PMS, AIF, Fixed Income & Structured Products ✔️ Perform financial planning, asset allocation, and regular portfolio reviews ✔️ Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business benchmarks (where applicable) ✔️ Supervise daily operations of Priority & NR Banking teams to enhance customer engagement and profitability ✔️ Drive cross-sell initiatives and improve Income Product Holding (IPH) across client portfolios ✔️ Monitor performance, provide coaching, and motivate teams to meet organizational goals ✔️ Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance ✔️ Support smooth client onboarding, documentation, and service delivery Core Competencies HNI / UHNI Relationship Management Wealth Advisory & Portfolio Management AUM & Revenue Growth Team Leadership & People Management Cross-Selling & Client Experience Excellence ✨ What We’re Looking For • Strong experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Broking / NBFC • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth • Excellent communication, advisory, and leadership skills Interested or know someone perfect for this role?
