Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales / Vice President to lead our US IT Staffing & IT Services division. This executive role focuses on driving business growth by acquiring new Systems Integrator (SI) and direct client accounts across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management, with deep expertise in the US IT staffing and services market.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Define sales targets and establish KPIs to ensure team performance and success.


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and secure new SI and direct client relationships across industries.
  • Lead high-level negotiations and build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Support the sales team in strengthening client relationships.


Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and strategic guidance to maximize performance and productivity.


Market Analysis & Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Leverage market data to identify new opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.


Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.


Technology & Services Focus

  • Strong understanding of IT services such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, Data Analytics, and related technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of proven leadership experience in sales or business development within the US IT staffing & services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing SI and direct client accounts.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience managing and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
