Flambeau Foodworks is a reputed F&B brand running a patisserie & cafe in the heart of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad since 2019. It supplies breads and desserts to many other leading cafe and restaurant brands. The continental cafe serves over 200 guests daily and is spread over 10,000sq ft. The brand well known for their breakfast & food and cakes and is now planning to open 3 more locations across Hyderabad before targeting other cities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for Commi Chefs specialising in Continental and Asian cuisine. The Executive Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, manage food preparation, create menus, and ensure high-quality dining experiences for customers.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in culinary arts and kitchen management
- Proven track record of creating innovative and high-quality menus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi Chef - Hot Kitchen at Flambeau Foodworks in Hyderabad. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks in the hot kitchen.
