Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad - 5, Vadodara -3, Rajkot -3, Surat – 3, Gandhidham – 1, Vapi – 1 , Veraval – 1.

The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and identifying new sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing customer service, communicating with clients to understand their needs, developing strategies to meet these needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to improve business operations and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Key Accounts management skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing and growing client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
