We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead and manage our Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions within our Shared Services Centre.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-performing AP and AR teams, ensuring exceptional performance and engagement.You will define and implement process KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls to drive efficiency and effectiveness.A collaborative mindset is essential as you work closely with procurement, sales, supply chain, and treasury teams to ensure alignment and service delivery.To succeed in this role, you will need:CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification8–12 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role in a shared services or multinational environmentStrong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation toolsThis full-time role requires a strong understanding of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS) and global accounting standards.
