They must demonstrate pipeline ownership, real ABM campaigns, strong analytics, customer acquisition cost, conversion per lead, and sales qualified lead understanding. Additionally, they should possess strategic + execution balance, analytical and metric-driven mindset, US buyer psychology understanding, high clarity of thought, fast decision-making skills, and an ownership mindset.
