Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Experimentation and Optimization Specialist to join our team.About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target and Optimizely. You will also be responsible for identifying optimization opportunities, evaluating data from multiple sources, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target and OptimizelyIndependently generate innovative testing ideas, create structured hypotheses, and deliver actionable insights post-testingOwn the complete end-to-end experimentation lifecycle—from ideation to execution, QA, reporting, and stakeholder communicationIdentify optimization opportunities using strong analytical skills and evaluate data from multiple sourcesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, UX, Engineering, and MarketingDefine KPIs and metrics for experiments, ensuring clear measurement and transparent reportingRequired Skills & Qualifications7+ years of experience working with Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Monetate2-3 years hands-on development experience (JavaScript, custom code, tags, experiment setup)2+ years experience designing, executing, and reporting on A/B and multivariate testsStrong analytical capabilities with experience in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)Expertise with GA4, Adobe Analytics, DCM, and broader Web/AdTech ecosystemsAbility to independently manage end-to-end experimentation workflowsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experienceExcellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's or Analytics degree is a plus)Adobe Target or Optimizely certifications are a strong advantageIf you have the required skills and qualifications, please submit your application.
