The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals.Oversee marketing and customer relations activities to strengthen brand presence and client satisfaction.Manage sales functions, ensuring revenue growth and business sustainability.Provide regular feedback, insights, and market intelligence to company leadership for decision-making.Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and diversification.Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development and marketing teams to achieve performance excellence.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of projects and initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or marketing.At least 2–3 years of proven experience in the Event Management industry.2–3 years of leadership experience in a Business Development role.Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication abilities.Demonstrated success in achieving business targets and fostering client relationships.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and team management skills.CTC - 15 to 18LPA depending on skills and experience
