This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion consulting, retail sales, and customer service, dedicated to enhancing customer engagement and promoting our fashion and lifestyle products.Qualifications and SkillsStrong customer service skills with the ability to create positive experiences for all customers and effectively resolve queries (Mandatory skill).Experience in retail sales, with a proven ability to drive product sales and achieve store targets within a fast-paced retail environment.Knowledge and practical skills in fashion consulting, including the ability to offer tailored advice and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.Hands-on experience as a fashion consultant, demonstrating an understanding of current trends and the ability to communicate style effectively.Showroom sales expertise, capable of managing product displays, assisting walk-in customers, and closing sales efficiently.Understanding of wardrobe planning, assisting customers in creating coordinated and versatile outfits suited to different occasions and personal styles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers and contribute positively to team efforts.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing stock, visual merchandising, and store operations to maintain a high standard of presentation.Roles and ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable fashion products or complete outfits to enhance the shopping experience.Provide expert advice on fashion trends, wardrobe coordination, and product selection, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively promoting fashion items, accessories, and special offers to customers.Manage showroom operations, including arranging merchandise displays and ensuring tidy and organized presentation in line with brand guidelines.Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth daily functioning of the store and contribute to consistent achievement of sales goals.Support visual merchandising activities by updating displays as per seasonal trends and promotional campaigns to attract and engage shoppers.Maintain updated knowledge of product features, new arrivals, and current promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
