The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing and training staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, monitoring financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves coordinating with other branches, sales teams, and handling customer inquiries and issues effectively.QualificationsExperience in Branch Operations, Financial Transactions, and ComplianceStrong Leadership and Staff Management skillsExcellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication skillsProblem-solving and Conflict Resolution skillsProficiency in using banking and financial software systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the vehicle financing industry is a plus
