Title: Executive Assistant to CEO/Business Head.

Location: Bangalore (on-site).

Experience: 1-3 years.


Key Responsibilities:

 Serve as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.

 Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest discretion.

 Assist the CEO with strategic initiatives.

 Monitor industry trends and provide insights to align with market needs.

 Coordinate with partners to ensure collaborative efforts align with company goals.

 Prepare materials and briefs to ensure the CEO is ready for meetings and presentations.

 Represent the CEO in meetings, events, and professional forums when needed.

 Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

 Handle critical and high-priority tasks confidently and efficiently.

 Adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

 Communicate effectively in multiple languages to connect with diverse audiences.

 Take ownership of special projects and drive them to completion.

 Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing efforts.

 Solve problems proactively and make sound decisions under pressure.


Key Qualifications:

 Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

 Exceptional communication skills and fluency in multiple languages.

 Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

 Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and tech trends.

 High proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities.

 Outspoken, extroverted, and confident personality.

 Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

 Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

 Experience in managing critical and sensitive tasks effectively.

 Based in Bangalore, with a strong local network.
