The candidate will be responsible for translating and teaching Japanese, adhering to the requirements of the organization. The individual will play a crucial role in facilitating language instruction and ensuring effective communication between parties.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in the Japanese language is mandatory, with a certification of JLPT N3 (Mandatory skill).Expertise in translation from Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.Ability to teach Japanese language concepts to students of varying proficiency levels, maintaining engagement and clarity.Competence in interpreting conversations and documents, bridging communication effectively.Strong understanding and knowledge of JLPT N2, N3, and N4 to teach and guide students aspiring for these levels.A keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of grammatical structures in both Japanese and English.Adaptability to different educational methodologies and a proactive approach to continuous learning.Good communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning environment and coordinate with fellow educators.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTranslate written and spoken material from Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring content accuracy.Conduct Japanese language classes, preparing lesson plans and educational materials for effective teaching.Assess and evaluate students' language proficiency, providing feedback to aid their learning progress.Develop and implement strategies to enhance language acquisition and retention among students.Perform as an interpreter during meetings or discussions that require bilingual communication.Assist in linguistic research and development of curriculum tailored for Japanese language instruction.Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings to improve the educational environment.Update and maintain educational materials to align with the evolving language standards and practices.
