We're looking for a Japanese language expert with N1 certification to join our team in Chennai on a hybrid model. The shift timing is 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct secondary research with high accuracy and consistency

  • Understand client needs and conceptualize solutions

  • Analyze and interpret data to capture key insights

  • Interact with Japanese clients and internal stakeholders

  • Work under pressure and deliver high-quality output

  • Prepare manuals and training modules

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients

Required Skills:

  • Japanese N1 certification with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills

  • Good English communication skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in business information research

  • Finance background (graduation/post-graduation/MBA) desirable

  • Basic financial knowledge and good interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
