Project Coordination SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordination Specialist to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.This role requires strong ownership, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset. You will be the link between our clients and their stakeholders, hardware partners, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution from onboarding to data delivery.The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both internal and external. They will also be able to maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple building-level projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.Collect and organize all project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders (property managers, tenants, etc.).Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Investigate how utility data can be obtained across new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Document all steps taken and deliverables in Salesforce, our portal, and SharePoint.Identify recurring issues, propose process improvements, and help streamline workflows and collaboration practices.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English (other European languages are a plus).Proficiency in Excel; ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data, familiarity with Python or APIs is a strong plus.Benefits:This is a remote position with working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time.As this engagement will be on an external consultant agreement, not an employment contract, the consultant will be required to provide a valid GST registration number (support for the setup process can be provided).Others:Must be eager to learn and adaptable, open to new tools, technologies, and ways of working.Must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both internal and external.
