Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Inbound Sales Representative. Responsibilities include managing inbound sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining communication with customers. The position also involves account management duties such as building and maintaining client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and retention goals are met. QualificationsStrong Inside Sales and Account Management skillsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience with Order Processing and client relationship managementAbility to meet sales targets and handle customer queries effectivelyBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related fieldFamiliarity with CRM software is a plusProficiency in German is an added advantageStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
