To achieve this goal, we are looking for an expert in mine planning.The Head Mine Planning- Coal Mines role will be crucial for commencing new mines. Key responsibilities include:Resource ModellingPit OptimizationSchedulingDPR preparation for the mining blocksPreparation of Mining Plan (Statutory and operational)Candidates should have a B.Tech / M. Tech degree in Mining Engineer and at least 10 years of experience preferably in similar roles. Strong leadership skills and understanding of statutory clearances are also essential.Effective communication and team management skills are required to work with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's aluminium business strategy and contributing to its growth and development.
