This role will be crucial for attaining the targeted production capacity Coal Mines.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for shift activities of mining operation, safety, statutory compliances, coal quality etc.Has to work in close coordination with Mine Developer & Operator (MDO), security, sampling agency and logistics partners to achieve shift targets.Pivotal role in implementation of innovative technologies, digitalization and operational excellence.Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all personnel working in the mine.Engage with all competent individuals employed in the mine as required by statutory regulations.Strictly adhere to all statutory provisions and regulatory requirements relevant to your area of responsibility.QualificationsBE / BTech in Mining EngineeringFirst class / Second class mines manager certificate in coal from DGMSMore than 5 years of experience in coal mining, for a large open cast coal mineHands-on experience with operating and maintaining large scale operationsAbility to streamline functions and possessing an inherent passion to learn and grow
