In this role you will:Make thoughtful and insightful dashboards which are interactive and contribute to the decision makingEstablish reporting standards and engage data engineering to deliver automated solutions, where possible.Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholdersStandardize methodologies to bring efficiency, uniformity and timeliness to required insights.Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication outputsAssist the team in leveraging data for effective decision making across hubs/countriesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor's Degree is requiredMinimum 5+ years of experience in analytics, business-intelligence, and related roles, preferably in ecommerce industryHands-on experience in SQL/Google Big Query is mandatoryWorking experience in visualization tools like Google Data Studio/PowerBI is a must-haveExpertise in MS Excel (advanced)/ Google Sheets is mandatoryR or Python are great good-to-havesExperience in forecasting and predictive modeling is a bonus• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilitiesWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
