**Job Title:** HCM Technical SpecialistContract Duration: One Year, Remote Work Option AvailableLocation: Pan IndiaRequired Experience: 10+ Years in Compensation and Equity AreaAbout the Role:As a seasoned HCM technical specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation and equity solutions using Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) tools. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our business processes and ensuring seamless integration of various systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement HCM extracts, API integrations, and HDL imports using your extensive knowledge of Oracle's HCM tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to HCM tools and Fast Formulas.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher.Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of Oracle's HCM tools and provide guidance to team members on best practices.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.Familiarity with Mulesoft and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
