Compensation Specialist RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing compensation strategies that ensure market competitiveness and compliance with regulations.Main Responsibilities:Develop and oversee compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and job grading systems to align with business objectives.Design and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs that support workforce needs.Oversee administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.Conduct market analyses and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy in pay and benefits data.Support design and communication of total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.Manage benefits enrollment and resolve employee queries in coordination with vendors.Contribute to internal audits and reporting requirements related to C&B.Prepare dashboards and reports for HR leadership on compensation trends and cost analysis.Manage vendor relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.Partner with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure seamless execution of compensation and benefits processes.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve programs.BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy a comprehensive package of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage for self and family.Retirement Plans: 401(k) plan with company match and other savings options.Wellness Initiatives: Employee assistance program, fitness classes, and other wellness activities.
