**Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist**Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our support team as a Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective technical support to users on GIS-based applications.Evaluate issues, troubleshoot, and provide resolution in a prompt and professional manner.Ensure that all operational processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are strictly followed.Collaborate with L2 and L3 support team members to resolve complex issues.Provide application support during outages or degradations, and participate in incident/change/release management activities.Troubleshoot end-user problems and ensure data feeds required by the application are loaded properly into the solution.Interact with stakeholders to resolve issues and report to Customer Operational Manager.Required Skills and Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in technical support or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Technical knowledge of GIS applications, including MapInfo and QGIS.Understanding of application integration and data flow within the system.ITIL certification is preferred but not required.Benefits:This role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.Additional Information:The successful candidate will be expected to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
