About the OpportunityWe are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on high-end residential design projects, preferably in UK/European designs.The role involves working independently to create mood boards and concept designs, researching and presenting interior architectural fixtures and finishes, creating CAD drawings for RCP, GA's, elevations, and room plans, and SketchUp drawings for joinery designs. The designer will also be responsible for presenting designs to clients, overseeing refurbishment and construction progress, and working with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate thorough planning documents, detailed designs, and technical specificationsWork on residential design projects from start to completionDevelop and present innovative design conceptsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure project successMaintain accurate records and reportsRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:5+ years of experience in high-end residential designExcellent design portfolioAbility to think creativelyStrong interest in concept design to construction detailProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent 3D modeling skillsGood communication and organizational skillsFluent in English (written and spoken)Time management and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced designer to take their career to the next level.
