Job TitleA successful Design Manager is required to oversee all aspects of design and creative output. This individual will ensure that design and creative deliverables meet client expectations and are executed within stipulated timeframes.Key Responsibilities:Planning of Layout, Concept Designing of Interior Fit-outs of Commercial & Residential Spaces within defined timelinesManaging a team of Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers to deliver drawings and designs as per client requirement and budgetUnderstanding Client's requirement, Client Engagement & Handling of Project from start to end, Coordination with internal Procurement Team & Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of ProjectSelection of Material Finishes to be used/applied & Approval of same from ClientMaking of various schedules for a project like furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc.Coordination with Graphic Designers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs & other Graphic Design Elements as per Client's requirement & feedbackKnowledge of Working Drawings/Technical Drawings & Co-ordination of same at site for executionRequired Skills and QualificationsOur ideal candidate will have:4+ years in designing corporate & residential spaces. Knowledge about interior elements and building structureStrong Design senseWell versed with design codes followed in the different states of USAStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goalsTrack record of delivering outstanding high quality design, leading teams on high profile projectsExcellent interpersonal skills.
