Architectural Drafter

ONLY MUMBAI RESIDENTS TO APPLY BRIC Group, Mumbai IS HIRINGRequirement: ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, AND HOSPITALITY PROJECTS.  WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED CVs focused on Municipal / Liaison / Approval Drawings or infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, etc.) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.Experience: 11–15 years (drafting-focused experience preferredLocation: Mumbai-based candidates only, ideally from South Mumbai or Andheri (W) and nearby areasCompensation:ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING Proficiency in drafting architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details for high-rise buildings, villas, and bungalows. Experience must align with design-level detailing, not limited to schematic or municipal drawings.Software & Technical Knowledge:Strong AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory. Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and coordination between architectural and interior sets will be an added advantage.Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (subject to experience and submission of valid salary proof)Note: There will be no Provident Fund, Bonus, or Incentive structure.The finalised salary will remain fixed for a minimum of two years. Concluded
