ManagementTherapy/ Segment: Respiratory/ Any SpecialityIndustry Preference: Only from Pharma IndustryJob Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)Job DescriptionDevelopment, collaboration, implementation, & accountability for strategic and operational plans which optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth for a brand portfolio in the short and long term.To achieve market share objectives of the brands.To enhance prescription base and prescriber base.Aligning strategies to divisional business plan for medium and long term.Monitor business performance and support the portfolio with the help of regular trackingMarket intelligence through primary research and customer connect.Writing and executing strategic business and marketing plans in collaboration with important prescribers, opinion leaders, round tables, and other advisory groups.Current Role: Group Product Manager or Marketing Manager (Respiratory portfolio)Experience: 8–15 years in pharma marketing (5+ years in respiratory segment)Current Company: One of the top 10 listedSkills: 10 yrs experience of Product management, experience in sales is an added advantage, brand strategy, launch experience.Location Preference: Should be willing to work in your HO (assumed to be in Mumbai or a major metro)Availability: 30-day joining max (notice buyout acceptable)
