ManagementTherapy/ Segment: Respiratory/ Any SpecialityIndustry Preference: Only from Pharma IndustryJob Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)Job Description- Development, collaboration, implementation, & accountability for strategic and operational plans which optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth for a brand portfolio in the short and long term.- To achieve market share objectives of the brands.- To enhance prescription base and prescriber base.- Aligning strategies to divisional business plan for medium and long term.- Monitor business performance and support the portfolio with the help of regular tracking- Market intelligence through primary research and customer connect.- Writing and executing strategic business and marketing plans in collaboration with important prescribers, opinion leaders, round tables, and other advisory groups.Current Role:Group Product Manager or Marketing Manager (Respiratory portfolio)- Experience: 8–15 years in pharma marketing (5+ years in respiratory segment)- Current Company: One of the top 10 listed- Skills: 10 yrs experience of Product management, experience in sales is an added advantage, brand strategy, launch experience.- Location Preference: Should be willing to work in your HO (assumed to be in Mumbai or a major metro)- Availability: 30-day joining max (notice buyout acceptable)
