Job Description


  • Development, collaboration, implementation, & accountability for strategic and operational plans which optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth for a brand portfolio in the short and long term.
  • To achieve market share objectives of the brands.
  • To enhance prescription base and prescriber base.
  • Aligning strategies to divisional business plan for medium and long term.
  • Monitor business performance and support the portfolio with the help of regular tracking
  • Market intelligence through primary research and customer connect.
  • Writing and executing strategic business and marketing plans in collaboration with important prescribers, opinion leaders, round tables, and other advisory groups.


Current Role:


Group Product Manager or Marketing Manager (Respiratory portfolio)

  • Experience: 8–15 years in pharma marketing (5+ years in respiratory segment)
  • Current Company: One of the top 10 listed
  • Skills: 10 yrs experience of Product management, experience in sales is an added advantage, brand strategy, launch experience.
  • Location Preference: Should be willing to work in your HO (assumed to be in Mumbai or a major metro)
  • Availability: 30-day joining max (notice buyout acceptable)
