Delegate Acquisition Manager RoleWe are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our sales outreach and delegate attendance initiatives for Hotel Guest Experience Forums across India, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK.This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international events environment and can adapt to diverse cultural contexts.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Outreach: Identify, approach, and secure delegates from hotels; manage outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other digital channels to attract senior decision-makers; meet and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality professionals and key partners; serve as the main point of contact for delegates, providing exceptional customer experience before and after events.Event Coordination & Support:Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to align delegate outreach with campaign timelines; maintain accurate CRM records and delegate databases; support the delivery of regional and virtual events when required.Market Expansion:Contribute to market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth; provide feedback and insights on market trends and client needs to improve event offerings and enhance the overall delegate experience.
