We're seeking a seasoned Data Analyst with expertise in transformer-based architectures and strong foundations in model development, fine-tuning, and optimization.About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Develop and fine-tune transformer models for various applications, ensuring high-quality outputs and efficient processing.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in transformer architectures and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in model development.Prioritize cross-modality integration, experimenting with audio-video synchronization and text-to-video alignment.Design and implement automated evaluation frameworks for quality scoring, providing actionable insights to improve model performance.Collaborate with colleagues to push the boundaries of generative AI, staying ahead of evolving models and tools.Requirements4-10 years of experience in applied Data Science/ML, with a focus on generative AI.Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs, training dynamics, and optimization techniques.Expertise in at least one modality (text, audio, or video), with demonstrable end-to-end project experience.Strong coding skills in Python, with experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).Familiarity with ML pipelines (FastAPI or similar) for inference and deployment.Proven ability to design and implement automated evaluation methods for generative outputs.
