AI Product Development SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled AI Product Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth.Build and deploy high-performance AI-enabled products leveraging the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for efficient search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).Develop robust evaluation frameworks to assess the performance of agents, RAG systems, and LLMs, with a focus on polyglot approaches and open-source models.Key qualifications include:1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.Strong background in distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.Familiarity with modern Python microservices, including FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.Experience with vector databases, such as LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers, and FAISS.Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.Familiarity with our core technologies is a plus: Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.Benefits:Opportunity to work on challenging projects that drive business growth.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced AI product development specialist looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
