Drive transformational change with cutting-edge AI solutions.The Vice President, Engineering Management Lead will play a pivotal role in leading Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext. This individual will help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite and other Agentic AI products across service lines. The successful candidate will lead our Engineering efforts in Agentic AI, driving enterprise-wide transition from Digital Operations (DO) to Agentic Operations (AO), ensuring that engineering practices align with strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to clients.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise AO Strategy & DesignDevelop operating models, role archetypes, and governance for AO at scale.Define and execute AO roadmaps to transition large-scale operations from DO to AO.Collaborate with COOs and CFOs to deliver AO-driven financial outcomes.Translate operational outcomes into commercial value propositions for clients.Delivery Readiness & Client SuccessLead readiness accelerators to re-architect skills, responsibilities, and workflows for AO.Drive AO-led delivery efficiency and business outcomes in designated accounts.Partner with segment COOs to integrate Agentic solutions into delivery frameworks.Institutionalize Agentic Quality Assurance (QA) and governance frameworks.Ensure seamless delivery in hybrid models with consistent client experience and value realization.Change LeadershipLead Change Management functions to drive mindset, process, and culture shifts.Collaborate with Global Delivery Center (GDC) leads to integrate AO into scaled delivery hubs.Lead the adoption and internalization of Agentic-first ways of working.Customer Experience & ValueOversee the Agentic Customer Experience (ACE) function and ensure adoption frameworks drive measurable value for clients.Track and report outcomes across delivery excellence, efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.Establish AO best practices and playbooks, embedding continuous improvement across service lines.Qualifications:Extensive experience in large-scale operations leadership.Proven track record of leading operating model transformations at enterprise scale.Strong understanding of AI/Automation, hybrid workforce models, and digital operations.Demonstrated ability to influence across C-Suite, clients, and large-scale teams.Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, and customer success.About this role: You will be responsible for driving transformative change with cutting-edge AI solutions.
