About UsWe're building an autonomous, multi-agent AI OS that plans, executes, and optimizes marketing across modern digital ecosystems.This is a cutting-edge AI platform that acts like a virtual CMO — planning, writing, analyzing, launching, and optimizing campaigns end-to-end.Our team moves fast, ships fast, and thinks long-term.Key Responsibilities:We need an expert to design and build our multi-agent AI orchestration engine.You will architect scalable workflows, microservices, and distributed systems.Build core backend systems + high-velocity features.Lead integration of LLMs, toolchains, automations, and data pipelines.Collaborate directly with founders on product + strategy.Set engineering standards, CI/CD, DevOps, and system reliability.Help hire and grow the engineering team as we scale.This is a 0 → 1 → scale leadership role, not a maintenance job.What We're Looking For:A strong engineering + architecture background.Experience with at least some of:Python / Node.js / TypeScript.AI/LLM workflows.LangChain / agentic frameworks.Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).Distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architecture.Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.Ability to break down complex problems and ship fast.Clear communication + founder mindset.Someone who wants to build, not wait for instructions.Benefits:Salary+ Meaningful equity/ESOPs.Masive ownership from day one.Direct influence on product, roadmap, and culture.Opportunity to build a category-defining AI platform.Work with an ambitious, execution-driven founding team.Requirements:You are willing to work hard without a fancy title.You are comfortable in ambiguity.You can own systems end-to-end.
