Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)


As a Senior Analyst, you will plan, manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns using across digital channels, and will work towards meeting client goals and objectives.

Desired profile:

  • Candidate with experience in digital marketing, corporate marketing, brand management, marketing communication with partial or full responsibility of digital channels or website
  • Full time MBA with specialization / Majors in marketing with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing in financial, ecomm, retail and telecom industry
  • Zeal to pursue career in data driven digital campaigns & channel management
  • Good grasp of customer behaviour, psychographics & customer segmentation
  • Analytical bent of mind to solve problems by inferring patterns / opportunities in data

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Search, Display, Remarketing, content, affiliate and Social
  • Build out, analyse and constantly improve performance on campaigns through optimizing account/campaign structure, bid & budget optimization and constant ad & landing page testing
  • Understand & master tools such as – Google AdWords & Bing interface, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Double click, Omniture, Semrush etc.
  • Build expertize in organizing data for analysis using Excel & PowerPoint (Performance Analysis, Client Dashboards, Monthly Plans etc.)
  • Draw inferences from data and test hypothesis using statistical techniques
  • Define and implement routine reports (weekly / monthly)
  • Provide detailed monthly and quarterly results overviews to clients
  • Participate and support in delivering results and presentations to clients
  • Learn and adopt to campaign delivery frameworks for performance optimization
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in digital marketing – new channels, targeting, features, methods of analysis

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge in Statistical techniques will be an added advantage
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment – should excel with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
