We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our IT team.About the RoleThe Tech Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for systems, applications, and hardware. This includes troubleshooting OS, software, network, and connectivity issues, installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops/desktops, and user access.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 technical support for systems, applications, and hardware.Troubleshoot OS, software, network, and connectivity issues.Install, configure, and maintain laptops/desktops and user access.Test applications developed by the internal team and identify bugs.Document issues, track them through ticketing tools, and follow up for resolution.Perform regression testing after fixes are deployed.Maintain IT inventory and support routine IT operations.Prepare basic documentation, SOPs, and support guides.Required Qualifications1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support.Basic knowledge of application testing, QA, and bug reporting.Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, hardware, and networks.Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, Freshdesk, etc.).Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.Degree in IT / Computer Science preferred.What We OfferA challenging role in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development.Contact InformationPlease apply at hr@company.com.
