Business Leader for Cafe OperationsOur team is seeking an experienced Business Leader to oversee the establishment and daily operations of 200 food brand cafeterias across India.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cafe management, with expertise in project development, vendor negotiation, and site setup. A thorough understanding of food safety regulations is essential.Identify and finalize cafeteria locations based on market research and revenue potentialNegotiate with site owners and vendors for setup and suppliesEnsure compliance with local health, safety, and food licensing regulationsDevelop SOPs for operations and manage inventory and service protocolsHire and train staff and coordinate with central kitchen or suppliers for food supplyThe Business Leader will also be responsible for financial management, including preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring expenses, and tracking sales and profitability.Key qualifications include leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
