Data Platform Architect LeaderDrive end-to-end data platform architecture and delivery execution for analytics and AI programs. Provide architectural leadership, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.Key Responsibilities:Design scalable data platforms on leading cloud infrastructure using best-practice patterns.Create robust data models and integrate various pharma datasets (EDC, CTMS, IRT, CRM, 3PL, claims, etc.).Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.Lead technical delivery across multiple projects.Conduct design reviews, guide development teams, and ensure solution quality.Ensure adherence to Data governance, Security & Compliance.Oversee operational support activities, driving automation and resolving data management issues.Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices for the practice.Apply knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI to enhance solution offerings.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or delivery leadership roles.At least 5 years of experience working in Biotech/Pharma Industry supporting Clinical/Commercial business units to meet their Data and Reporting needs.Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms & services including: AWS, Azure.Expertise in data lake/Lakehouse architectures and modern ELT patterns.Strong SQL, Python, Spark, and data modelling skills.Experience integrating pharma datasets & systems.Experience/good understanding of BI & reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire.Understanding of regulated data environments.Proven experience leading multi-phase or multi-team delivery.Excellent communication and client-facing leadership.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package, opportunity for professional growth and development, collaborative work environment, and recognition of individual contributions.
