Business Intelligence Leadership RoleThe Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Develops and executes the organization's BI strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.Oversees data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modelling, to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.Creates and manages comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Establishes and maintains data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10-15 years' experience in MIS with Data Leadership driving business value through data analytics in Fintech Industry.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms, with the ability to design and implement complex data visualizations.Strong data analysis skills, including data mining, SQL, and data modelling.
