Job DescriptionTo establish and maintain a strategic audit framework, critical systems and processes must be developed to highlight key technical risks and provide insight and recommendations for mitigation.Internal Audit: Support the development of the audit plan and ensure compliance with internal audit guidelines and policies.Coordinate tasks with team members and internal audit departments to complete planned technical audits.Determine whether business units are performing in accordance with policies, procedures, international codes and standards through planning, conducting and overseeing internal audits.Develop and review continuous feedback through the creation of audit reports to ensure conclusions and recommendations are accurately noted.Maintain relationships and open communication between internal/external audit teams and department heads to address risk-related issues effectively.Submit accurate and timely reports on audit reviews and provide recommendations.People Management and Supervision:Supervise technical audit work and reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.Motivate team members to contribute to change initiatives, programmes and projects aligned with organizational standards.Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures:Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures to maintain required standards.Continuous Improvement:Contribute to the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects aligned with organizational standards.
