We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to spearhead our end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients.This strategic role requires an experienced leader who can partner with CFOs and founders at fast-growing US companies, providing insightful guidance and process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire accounting lifecycle (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting) for our US clientsPrepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with US GAAPMentor and manage a small team of accountants to ensure delivery excellenceCollaborate directly with client finance leaders to provide actionable insights and optimize processesFoster accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across every accounting touchpointLeverage modern tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero to streamline workflowsRequirements:A minimum of 5-8 years of total experience, with strong exposure to US accounting and reporting standardsDemonstrated expertise in end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, and financial statementsIn-depth knowledge of US GAAP and ability to close books independentlyExperience in outsourced accounting, shared services, or client-facing environmentsHands-on experience with tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill.com, or XeroAbout the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of global finance, technology, and impact.
