We recruit manpower for Middle East Companies like supplier of multiple FM services to various business sectors including; Hospitality/ Logistics/ FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Health/ Aviation/ F&B/ Retail and much more. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Manpower Planning Specialist located in Mumbai. The Manpower Planning Specialist will be responsible for analyzing workforce needs, creating and implementing staffing plans, and coordinating with department managers to ensure the effective allocation of human resources. The role includes preparing workforce forecasts, tracking workforce metrics, and identifying recruitment or staff training needs to meet business objectives. The individual will also ensure compliance with human resources policies and labor laws.QualificationsProven expertise in workforce planning, resource allocation, and recruitment strategiesAnalytical skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to forecast manpower requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and departmentsKnowledge of human resources policies, labor laws, and compliance requirementsProficiency in using workforce management tools and softwareBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in facilities management or similar industries is an advantage
