This mid-senior level role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in organic search and a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape. You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving search rankings, and contributing to pipeline growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and audience needs.Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and content for both search engines and user experience.Collaborate with content, product marketing, and web development teams to integrate SEO best practices.Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for crawlability, indexation, and site speed.Build and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.Support international SEO efforts, including hreflang implementation and geo-targeting.Requirements4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.Proven success in improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS.Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.Excellent communication and project management skills.Familiarity with content marketing and demand generation strategies.Preferred QualificationsExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS company.Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.Understanding of paid search and its synergy with organic efforts.Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or related fields.
