JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and optimization of search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance overall online visibility. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who want to grow their career in SEO. Freshers are also welcomed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct keyword research using SEMRush to identify target keywords and phrases with high search volumes and low competition.
• Assist in on-page optimization activities such as optimizing meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking structures to improve website rankings.
• Perform website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation, including keyword integration and optimization.
• Analyze website errors in Google Search Console and solve them 
• Support the development and execution of off-page SEO strategies, including link building, directory submissions, and social bookmarking.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and prepare regular reports to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant metrics.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of local SEO strategies, including managing online business listings and reviews.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure technical SEO best practices are followed.
• Support the team in conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and provide actionable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in search engine optimization or digital marketing (internship or relevant projects can be considered).
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush is important
• Familiarity with on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, keyword research, link building, and SEO-friendly content writing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Good writing skills, verbal communication skills & presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and confidently put forward your ideas/innovations, as we highly value it.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and developments.

• Salary : Best in the industry based on experience and Skill set.
• Probation Period: 6 Months
• Medical Insurance for Family for 2.00 lac p.a after 3 months of Joining.  
• Social Security includes - Provident Fund and Gratuity on completion of 5 years of service as per the Tamil Nadu Factories Act.
• 10 days of Paid Leave and 8 Casual Leave will be provided for the Year.
